Stefan Martinić

Law Office Stefan Martinić; LL.M. at Harvard Law School; LL.M. @ LSE; CIPP/E

I studied at Harvard Law School (LLM), LSE (LLM), Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (Erasmus), MIT (cross-registering from Harvard), Harvard Business School (cross-registering from HLS), Harvard Kennedy School (cross-registering from HLS), Oxford (online programme) and at the University of Zagreb. I worked part-time as a Cyberlaw Clinician at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at the Harvard University. I interned at the European Parliament and the Court of Justice of the European Union. I have been working for five years in leading law firms in Zagreb, Croatia, before opening my own law office in November 2024. The small size of the Croatian market demands of me to be a legal Swiss Army knife, having a general approach and practising a wide range of different branches of law. Nevertheless, I have a keen interest in EU law in general and more specifically in the intersection of technology and law (data protection, AI, blockchain, IP, etc).
